Synopsis:

In Rosewood, Pennsylvania, four perfect-looking girls aren't nearly as perfect as they seem.

Aria can't resist her forbidden ex. Hanna is on the verge of losing her BFF. Emily is freaking out over a simple kiss. And Spencer can't keep her hands off anything that belongs to her sister.

Lucky me. I know these pretty little liars better than they know themselves. But it's hard keeping all of their secrets to myself. They better do as I say . . . or else!

My rating: ★★★★☆

When everything seems to be finally quieting down (as in no more -A 'cause Toby died and they thought he was -A) for Aria, Spencer, Emily, and Hanna, things that could possibly go wrong do. -A is back...or should I say, -A never left.

Aria is now dating Hanna's ex-boyfriend Sean, but she may still have a thing for her AP English teacher, Ezra Fitz. But of course, its not like they can be together or anything, with the whole student/teacher relationship going on. And then there's Aria's parents...her mom kicked her dad out of the house for cheating on her, so he went to live with his...uh, lover. And Aria's mom was sooo upset with Aria for not telling her that she knew about her father and the other lady, that she couldn't stand the sight of her (harsh)...so Aria left the house too and went to stay at Sean's place.

During a very stressful situation, Spencer found herself "borrowing" one of her sisters essays to turn in for one of her classes. Now that essay, that's not even hers to begin with, is nominated for a prestigious award. She is totally stressing out, and to top it all off, -A is threatening to spill about Spencer cheating when -A was the one who suggested Spencer should "borrow" Melissa's paper! Even worse, Spencer has been having really weird flashback-type visions from the night Ali went missing.

Emily's parents find out that she's not exactly into guys, but girls like Maya. Both her parents totally freak out, saying that she has a sickness and that she will have to go to some group thing where they will "fix" her, and if not, they're going to send her away to some aunt who lives on a farm in Iowa -_- That pissed me off soooo much!!! I wish I could've slapped Emily's mom!! Being gay is not a sickness, for crying out loud! *takes deep, calming breath*

Hanna is mad at Aria for "stealing" her boyfriend (but they were really already broken up when he and Aria started going out). She is also having BFF trouble with Mona. But there might be one good thing in all this madness...Lucas seems to be the only person who is actually being nice to Hanna while everyone else talks about her behind her back.

This book was awesome! But you probably already knew that ;) There is sooo much mystery that its driving me insane! They are soooo close to knowing who -A is and who Ali's killer is as well!! The series is well written and has a lot of detail... its really nice :)

All that's left to say, I guess, is... who the hell is -A?! And: cant wait to read the next book!

Have you read this book? If so, what did you think about it? If not, what do you think? Does it sound like something you might want to read? Leave me a comment! :)
